This is the time of year when...the pasture is....ugly. Well,...at the least it is..not pretty. The grass is all brown. The trees are ..bare and if you could see the cows....they all appear to be wearing socks. It is just ...mud....ugg... We are all anxious for...spring!
I came across this generic barbie that the Grands left. She lives here at the pasture house now. I covered her up with this pillow because....those little clothes are too hard to get on. When the Grands are here...and they play "barbies" they dress them up ( or ask me too ). They must run and undress them before they leave to head home because....they are always in the ..buff!
If you have never experienced playing "beauty shop" with a barbie...you really must give it a try sometimes. It takes a lot of patience to....pull a little comb through barbie..hair and truthfully an adult comb...just doesn't work either. ...This is how all of the barbs left here at the pasture look. They all have "blown up" hair!
Sometimes these little barbies are missing a limb or two but the Grands don't seem to mind! I think there might be a lesson in that for the big people around....We should not put too much stock in how we look....just be ourselves...and enjoy life!
All of this silly-ness to say....Grands are ...great! I really encourage you to get a few...adopt if you have to. They are not usually picky!
