Whats going on...snakes are out in full force..
Sweetheart took care of this Water Moccasin ..It was a tough job..but someone had to do it..
And then...he draped him belly up...on the fence.
An old wives tale...says ...this will bring rain.
And....
It did. After church...this beautiful Sunday...clouded up.
Rolling thunder...for much of the afternoon.
Loyal Companion...on the run...to attack ...that thunder...but he just can't ever find it.
He barks...and jumps...and all out runs...to find that noise...and put it away.
All the while...we laugh. He just cracks me up.
Go little Loyal...surely you can find it..
Run and jump real high...
He does not understand why...I laugh when he seriously means...business.
And with that...he is off again.
Doing his job ...protecting me.
I'm a little... crazy about...this little guy!
Along with snakes and thunder...stuff is happening all over the place.
It can make one..feel a little edgy....But there is a place to go ..to find peace..
And He is just a prayer away...
From the pasture...where we pray...daily..
